George Raftopoulos


Serving as President of Nvest Financial and The Nvest Group, as well as ROI Cubed, I’m a career financial professional and financial services educator. Along with Nichole, we ensure efficient operations and the exceptional quality of service and accountability that is the hallmark of the Nvest Financial experience, making sure the firm operates as a team and not the traditional silo-ed approach many other financial advisors practice. With Nichole, we lead the investment department and over see all operational aspects of the firm.

Prior to my leadership roles at Nvest and ROI Cubed, I was CEO of Pinnacle Capital Management, Inc. which I founded in 2000 and eventually transitioned out of in 2010.

I began my career in the finance industry in 1986 while still in college at Tufts University. Upon graduating from Tufts in 1987, I worked for a planning and investment firm as financial planning was experiencing significant industry growth and increased market utility. By my fourth year in the industry, I was recognized as a top producer in the country for Commonwealth Financial Network, eventually securing the top five producer spot in the nation for the eleven years leading up to the sale of Pinnacle Capital Management, Inc.

A Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner, I also earned my MBA with a tax concentration from Bentley University in 1996 where I now passionately prepare young minds for a career in the financial services industry and the cultivation of young finance professionals. As an adjunct lecturer at the prestigious Bentley University, I share my knowledge and business experience to both undergraduate and graduate students. I have had and continue to maintain roles on a number of boards of director for private and non-profit organizations and am Executive Director and Treasurer at The Nvest Group non-profit organization, Operation Love…from home.
