The newly appointed partners, Justin Happ, Dinon Hughes, and Daphne Lafazan, have each demonstrated exceptional performance, leadership, and a strong commitment to the culture of the firm and the servicing of the firm’s clients.
Justin Happ began his career at Nvest Financial twelve years ago as a Research Analyst. Today, he serves as Compliance Manager holding the Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional designation (IACCP®). In addition, Justin’s background in bond trading adds valuable experience in the firm’s investment management department.
Dinon Hughes, a former Bentley University student of Nvest’s President, George Raftopoulos, started with the firm as an intern. He now serves as a Financial Consultant and has been instrumental in strengthening client relationships while expanding the firm’s advisory capabilities for the next generation.
Daphne Lafazan has been a Financial Consultant at Nvest for nine years, bringing twenty years of experience as a trader in New York City. She has contributed significantly to operational leadership and team development and is widely recognized for creating meaningful relationships with the firm’s clients.
